WiNaFe 24

On Friday, December 13th, the WiNaFe24 will take place in the HXE building on the Hönggerberg campus. The WiNaFe brings together over 1200 students and offers 3 dance floors with 4 bars to end the semester in style.

This event is only possible with the support of our great helpers - and this is where you come in!

Below you find the different helper shifts, each with their own exciting role. Do you have any questions? Then simply contact helfer@winafe.ch.

As a thank you for your help, you will receive free entry, access to the helper's wardrobe, 3 drinks coupons and a stylish WiNaFe helper's shirt as a souvenir. We will also invite you to an exclusive helper's dinner after the WiNaFe in the following semester.

No need to worry about previous experience - just bring your enthusiasm and arrive on time and sober enough for your shift.

Assembly

You help to set up the festival infrastructure. Please note: These shifts are physically demanding.

Dismantling – Pays 50 CHF

You help with the dismantling of the festival infrastructure. Please note: These shifts are physically demanding and we expect you to show up sober enough to complete your shift in a serious manner. The work partly takes place outside. We will reward you for this work with CHF 50 in cash at the end of your shift in addition to the usual goodies.

Main Entrance

As a helper, you handle the payment of tickets and wardrobe vouchers (Twint + card) and put the WiNaFe wristband on the guests. The shift takes place outside, so bring warm clothes with you. Please charge your Smartphone before coming to the event.

VIP/Helper Entrance

As a helper, you check the VIPs and helpers off the lists and hand out drinks vouchers, wardrobe vouchers, wristbands and helper shirts accordingly. The work takes place outside, so take warm clothes with you.

Wardrobe (Outside)

Visitors can pay a small amount at the wardrobe or at the entrance to keep their jackets and bags safe. As a helper, you will take the money or the wardrobe vouchers and hang up the items. At the end of the party, you will ensure that the items are returned quickly. The work takes place outside, so take warm clothes with you.

Awareness Team

As an Awareness helper, you are responsible for checking the area for people feeling unwell, and also for keeping the safe room staffed. As you are interacting with potentially unwell people, you should take this shift with more seriousness than others. This shift is specifically for people who have no experience, so feel free to sign up even if you have no idea (we will pair inexperienced with experienced people)

This Job requires you to be sober from the beginning until the end!
