WiNaFe 2022

WiNaFe 22 will take place on Th, 15.12.2022 in the HXE building on campus Hönggerberg. Around 1200 Students will celebrate the end of the semester across 3 dance floors and around 4 bars. 

All of this is only possible thanks to our amazing helpers. Below you can find our helper shifts with a short description about each of them. For further questions do not hesitate to contact us via

As a helper you will receive free entry, free use of the helper cloakroom, some drink coupons and a WiNaFe helper shirt as a keepsake. After WiNaFe 22 you will also be invited to a helper’s dinner.

To be a helper you need no prior experience. Just show up on time and in a sober enough state to do your shift well.



You will help set up the Party Infrastructure. Please note: These shifts are physically demanding.

At the entrance you will check the tickets and put a WiNaFe wristband on the partygoers. The tickets need to be scanned, so make sure your phone is charged and can read QR codes.

As a Barkeeper you will charge party goers for their drink orders and serve them their drinks. You will be shown how everything is set up, so please be on time.

Our guests can leave their jackets or bags at the cloakroom for a small amount. Helpers will cash in the money and hang up the belongings.

You will help dismantle the Party Infrastructure. Please note: These shifts are physically demanding and we require you to be sober enough to properly complete your shift. You will receive 50 CHF for your help additional to the rest of goodies every helper will get.

Queue manager

We expect many vsitors to come at the beginning of WiNaFe. In order to be able to guarantee a regulated process at the entrance, you point out the visitors to the correct entrances and the queuing system. You will be briefed accordingly at the beginning of your shift.

Awareness & Safety

Requirements: Trustworthy, empathetic and sober during the shift. 
Description: You are assigned as a helper either in the safe room or on the grounds and keep your eyes and ears open for people who need help, e.g. by accompanying them to the safe room. You can find more information about the awareness concept on our WiNaFe website.

Privacy statement

With your permission, your data will be collected, processed, and used for the following purposes:

  • Generating lists of all helpers
  • Sending information before the event by e-mail
  • Phone call for urgent and important issues
  • If necessary generating identification badges for the event
  • If necessary invitation for the after party

Your personal data will be collected, processed, and used in the context of the aforementioned objectives in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

The collection, processing, and use of your data take place on a voluntary basis. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent at any time with the adverse consequence that you cannot participate in the event as helper.
