- Sending information before the event by e-mail
- Phone call for urgent and important issues
- If necessary generating identification badges for the event
- If necessary invitation for the after party
Your personal data will be collected, processed, and used in the context of the aforementioned objectives in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
The collection, processing, and use of your data take place on a voluntary basis. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent at any time with the adverse consequence that you cannot participate in the event as helper.
